I had an opportunity to work with Tyler and I couldn’t feel more accomplished with the results and experience. I have learned so much from Tyler when he was my trainer
When I first started I was nowhere near “in shape.” I lacked muscle-mass, stamina and endurance as I lived my days sitting in front of a computer both during and away from work. It wasn’t until I realized how important it is to be healthy that I started to seek guidance. A friend introduced me to Tyler Villwock, not realizing that my lifestyle was about to change.
I have learned so much from Tyler when he was my trainer. He taught me the fundamentals of a balanced diet and how it works hand-in-hand with a daily workout regime. Whether it’s free weight, calisthenics or even cardio, whatever needs you have he will exceed them.
