My name is Tyler Christian, I have been a fitness coach since 2008. I am happily married and a new father to my beautiful daughter.
I have been into fitness for as long as I can remember. I grew up on sports and martial arts all the way through high school. My collegiate football career came to a halt after I blew out my ankle and tore my achilles. That was the turning point in my life that changed how I look at health and fitness forever. The nine month rehab process changed my mindset that was no longer about the “what” but the “why” behind the what.

I have learned so much from Tyler when he was my trainer
When I first started I was nowhere near “in shape.” I lacked muscle-mass, stamina and endurance as I lived my days sitting in front of a computer both during and away from work. It wasn’t until I realized how important it is to be healthy that I started to seek guidance. A friend introduced me to Tyler Villwock, not realizing that my lifestyle was about to change.
I have learned so much from Tyler when he was my trainer. He taught me the fundamentals of a balanced diet and how it works hand-in-hand with a daily workout regime. Whether it’s free weight, calisthenics or even cardio, whatever needs you have he will exceed them. The enthusiasm he brings to your sessions will leave you driven for more, to do more and to do better.
I highly recommend Tyler Villwock to anyone who has the determination to become a better, healthier individual and is willing to make that kind of athletic lifestyle their own.

Back then, I was very skinny, and my goal was to gain more weight, get more muscle, and also reduce fat. Within only 3 months of training with Tyler, I slowly gained 7 lbs in body weight and lost 20% of body fat. I felt more active, energized, and much more confident about myself. Tyler is very encouraging. He only focuses on my workout issues, identifies my strengths and weaknesses, but also ensures the training is safe and effective. He even tracks my nutrition plan and daily intake and gives me feedback on how to improve. He is tough, but that’s how he pushes me to achieve the goals we set.
